The room size was awesome. The cleanliness of the room was also notable. I found the bed comfort to be excellent .
The room heating was not working properly. I was constantly feeling hot inside the room. The phone in the room was also not working.

The staff facilitated an early check-in and also stored our luggage until evening after we checked out. The breakfast had a large selection of delicious products. I found the value excellent!!! The room featured ample storage, a balcony, a television, a fully stocked fridge, air conditioning, and excellent soundproofing. The bathroom was elegant and included a spacious bath, a bidet, a large, well-lit mirror, a powerful shower, and soft towels.
The heating in my room seemed faulty, I felt it was too hot consistently. This issue, coupled with the noise from outside when the windows were opened, slightly affected my stay.

The breakfast offered a large selection of delicious products, ensuring a satisfying start to the day with numerous options. I found the variety appealing. It easily catered to different tastes and dietary preferences. The food was AMAZING!!!

The air conditioning barely worked . It was VERY frustrating. the room felt stuffy and uncomfortable. also, i noticed some stains on the carpet that REALLY bothered me. The overall cleanliness could have been better. i think a four-star hotel should definitely maintain higher standards.

I found the breakfast to be quite good. They had four kinds of cheese! They even prepared sunny-side-up eggs for us. What a treat. The staff were friendly. Stefanny assisted with parking during check-in, a relief.
There was a bit of noise from a nearby train. I could hear it during the night. It was never too disruptive.
